Got an email today from CET congratulating me on reaching platinum status (??) which was confusing because I only put 3418 tier credits on my card last week?! However a note came attached to it and asked if I wanted to review the New Total Rewards site? I clicked yes and the new site was definitely easier to read and navigate. It presented my reservations, offers and other things on the initial screen without having to screach thru additional screens. Looks kike a good move on their part. (I hope Stations is taking note)!
