New Harrahs promo Escape to cruising not working

Did anyone else get something in the mail for Escape to cruising? Just got it today for VP tourney April, July and October. It looks decent with some nice perks. I tried to book it any of those months and it says invalid code. It is not in my on line offers.

Lots of strange stuff going on with HET. My offers are usually about 100 I am down to 51 and I haven't had any new ones in quite some time. I also have to pay for a room on the weekend for the first time in years.

I know I can call but just wondering if anyone else has the same issues? I wished I had gotten this on Monday I would have booked the new SW non stop for October.

I think they're doing a lot of back end work to launch the new promotion that screws up what we're used to seeing. For about 2 weeks, every time I checked dates for NOLA, it said not available and nothing showed at the partner hotels. One day last week, I decided to try one more time before calling. The nights I wanted finally came up comped in the Harrahs hotel.
