New Total Rewards promo just started, not working for me

WARNING, when I got 1 square away from completing the gameboard "leisure" category and still had 6 spins left for today, it came up with a message saying there was an "issue" with my gameboard and I should try again later. My husband had the same thing happen when he was 1 square away from completing the "hotel" category.

I tried logging out and then trying to play and I got as far as hitting the stop button when the same message came up and I lost a spin. I tried waiting an hour and the same thing happened. So after losing 4 of my 6 remaining spins I gave up.

They really don't want to give away too many of these prizes it seems.

My wife and I both had the same issue this morning!! Both of us were one away from the Leisure category and it said there was a problem with our game board. Then it kept "using up" our chances, each time we tried again.

What a ripoff!!!

I have received two replies to my email regarding the unusable Best Buy promo code.

Both of the emails state that they have received my email. No fix yet.

I lost spins as well, again just 1 piece away!

This happened to me too. Just now I went back and looked at the winners' list, and saw that people were winning the leisure category ($100 in TR comps).

So I tried it myself with the measly 2 spins I had left left (about 4 spins were lost trying to play previously). It gave me two game pieces, but not the one I needed to complete the leisure category. If I had the spins that I lost by trying to get back in, I might have done better.

So I went back to FB and got a brand new, never used (by me) code, and when I clicked on the link, It wouldn't even let me into the game. It just refreshed the welcome page. Welcome indeed.

Shame on Harrah's. And I was kind of starting to like them again.

My wife and I got it to work again. I did not win anything (I only had one spin left after the program ate 3 of mine), but my wfie got her final Leisure piece and won $100 in TR credits. It says she has to wait for an email on it.

I too just completed the Leisure catagory and was awarded $100 in reward credits.

Lets see what the email says regarding any hoops to jump through to claim it.

I also completed the leisure catagory and got the pop-up congratulations box but no email yet. What's worse is when I check my game board the square is not lit up. Sounds like a problem in the works.
