ptodd1959 - If you use your buffet pass at the Rio's Carnival Buffet, can you check to see if they changed their Platinum/Diamond entrance to an only Diamond entrance?

Quite awhile back it was for both platinum and diamond but I read on the Rio's website they have a Diamond entrance. I wondered if they changed their sign too.

PS - I applied for the card last Sunday and received the card on Friday. Checked yesterday and I am already platinum! Speedy!

I think the Diamond entrance is still Platinum also but I'm not positive. Didn't see the question until we are already back sorry. For the Buffet of Buffets you do have to have the coupon that comes with the credit card. You also have to redeem it at Total Rewards and the 24 hours starts when you redeem at Total Rewards not when you get to the 1st Buffet. It is good weekdays only not weekends. I forgot to ask if you can pay the difference for weekends. It has a 99.98 value for weekdays. You can pay the upgrade for Caesars with it for 15.00 breakfast, 20.00 lunch, and 25.00 dinner.

Can anyone tell me how long this new visa card promotion lasts?

My offer says it is good until June 15th.

Hey ptodd, I am not sure what coupon you are referring to. There was NO coupon with my credit card, only a small leaflet explaining what you will get. I honestly do not think you have to have any "coupon". Not sure where you are getting your info.

marcusmeow - In the envelope that contained your credit card, there should have been a "coupon" or slip of paper, describing the buffet of buffets deal. If you didn't get this document, you probably need to contact the card issuer. Mine had this document.

I agree marcusmeow, do I take in this leaflet? It does not have a UPC on it, there is a number? no certificate here?

Most people (incl. me) got a certificate in the envelope with the actual credit card. The certificate IS numbered, and explains how you need to go to a Total Rewards Center (in Las Vegas) to get get your 2 Buffet of Buffet passes.

You may want to contact the credit card issuer to make sure you get what you're entitled to!!!
