no deals?

I am still seeing the same thing, although I guess it is not so bad. Last year I had Flamingo Go with a view on almost all nights on the calendar but after making Diamond at Paris on NYE - no more of the good Flamingo comps but almost everything else. No complaints though..just checking to see if anyone else was having any trouble.
Thanks for your replies.

I was going to say.....we are Gold members and low members at that......we never go over 1,000 tier points and have 5 free nights for nearly everywhere for those months.

We went last year during Spring Break which also was the beginning for March Madness. I have no idea why someone say "Avoid" this time???? I thought that the crowds were very low and it was pretty quiet......I'd go back in a heart beat for spring break!
what the heck....I(we) will be in vegas 3-26 thru 3-28 and probably at the the M. i get rooms, eats and
gamboling $$. i think i like walking the strip until i get there. just a bunch of people i don't want to see.
the strip has gotten tiresome to me.
as rosanrosanadana said......never mind
three free nights anywhere except caesars in march. staying at the PHo on 3-26 for three nights.
still want to stay one night at the M. probably will. love that place.

trying bj again even though i get bored with it. i got beat up playing vp primarily at
harrahs this year. i know, shocking. my only win was $11 at Flamingo.

You do not need offers to get free rooms. I am a 25 cent video poker player who lives in Indy and visits a Caesar's casino three of four times a year. I obtained a free room at PH Nov 21-24; Horseshoe Southern Indiana Feb 26, 2012; Ballys Mar 12-15, 2012; Metropolis Illinois Jun 2, 2012; and Harrahs Reno Sep 12-13, 2012. You need to establish an on-line account and then book reservations using your TR number and the TR number of a person who will (might) accompany you. It is that easy. I never pay to stay at a Caesar's property and my play is about as low as it gets. The person who will accompany you must be present with his/her card (the rule) but I have NEVER been asked at ANY Caesar's property to produce the extra person. The closest I came was when my brother-and-law and I were at the PH in November. I was asked "Is Mr. Cox with you" and I said "Yes he is back there with the bags" and pointed him out. I was told "thank you" and the reservation was processed forthwith. I have stayed free from Atlantic City to Vegas with Indiana and Biloxi in between. I discovered these freebees by accident a few years ago but the key is having that second TR number for the individual who will be staying in the room with you. You also need that person's zip code. Good luck.

thanks for your advice. i also get free rooms at almost any CEH property. when i posted I had nothing.
now I'm good. staying at PH. i'd rather have a room to myself.

a few tales about sharing a room.

my first is long ago at the Riv. Rick, who has been in most of my TRs, said he could get
us rooms. he did, but i shared a queen bed with fred while craig had the other queen by
himself. craig is the one who started yelling during the night about something while sleeping.
night tremors it seems. also, we were just above where they let the buses out.

also while at this stay at the Riv they were shooting the movie 3000 miles to Vegas.
while it probably was a four star movie, they shot a scene in the elevators where machine guns
were going off at 4:00 in the morning. they didn't warn us.

my other sharing a room is with Bruce at the PH for my birthday. his wife donna called to tell us that
hasam husein, sorry for the spelling, had been found in his hiding place. it was 5:00 am vegas
time that she called and bruce didn't hear his phone; so, i had to answer. this is after a night of
him groaning(nothing bad)

also, Jerry, my friend, shared a room with me at Harrahs a few years ago. seems he came down
with something and stayed in the room 2 out of the 3 days we were there. this is the trip I hit
for $3,000 there.

so........no more sharng a room.

i know i'm off topic, but what the hey.

Just an FYI - the last 2 times we have stayed - Dec and Jan respectively @ Flamingo and CP, they desk agent has actually verified my companion's ID and asked him to sign. When I commented on the change of policy, they let me know that they are now required to verify companion ID. I never tried to get away with it before although it was temping but I will not even think about it anymore. That might not be everyone's experience everywhere but that is happening much more in Las Vegas. More changes...
