No more Coast shuttle pick up at Ballys!

Just returned from Vegas weds night after 5 (of 7) day stay at Ballys. I discovered that the Ballys to/from Gold Coast to/from Orleans shuttle has changed locations. The strip location for the coast shuttle is now the Forum shops valet location. Not sure why the change but the forum local is covered!!

Interesting. It's probably easier for them to avoid more Flamingo traffic going to and from the Forum Shops. It'll be closer for me for my upcoming trip! Thanks for the tip big brother!

Champster, you could take the shuttle to the Rio and then walk across Valleyview to the Gold Coast. Just an idea!

The shuttle changed locations because so many people complained that it was to far to get to the strip at Bally's. I called The Orleans early last week and this was the explanation I was given. The Forum Shops is not a good point for us, but, hopefully it will work for some.

I dont shuttle. I always rent a car. Dollar cost me $208.37 from 3/18-25. I just discovered the new location because the wife wanted to take a bracelet back to Tiffanys in the Forum shop. The valet folks just let let me pull up while she went up stairs (we were on the way to the airport) and while I waited I noticed the Coast Shuttle bus. I actually walked up to the guy and asked him about the who whats wheres... he was picking up. Thats when he informed me about the change. I also saw a very nice Palms Shuttle come thru and pick up folks too. Was informed that the Palms has a shuttle to/from Forum shops also!

Hi champster, Good to know the Palm's info. Do they require a room key to ride? I read on TA forum that this is where Trump hotel drops off as well if that is helpful to anyone. We have never rented a car. We hop on and off the shuttles. All the extra information is great to know. Thank you

Not sure about the room key stuff, Slip. But the shuttle looked like one of those huge "limo van thinggy" type vehicles. Very nice looking!!!

So sad to hear of this change of location. We usually stay at Ballys/Paris and often rode the shuttle to Orleans. No key or players card was ever needed to ride.
