O Spa at T.I.....OH SO BAD!

Well....I don't even know where to start. From start to finish this had to be the worst experience I have ever had at a spa. I love trying new spas in Vegas and got an offer from Groupon for the O Spa. I was so excited to get a deal and try somewhere new. From the time I made the appointment until I left I felt as if I was a bother to the entire staff, not to mention the spa is very small and old. The receptionist was very rude and texting as I was trying to speak with her, she didn't even lift her head. There were three chairs in the waiting area but abuot 10 sinks in a huge area across from the waiting area which were not even being utilized...wth??? They did not have any other slipper size but L (I'm a size 7 and a L is about a 10) so I had to wear my own, which got ruined by the massage oil. The attendant was rude and MIA for most my stay. As I was waiting in the little cove for my service I had a conversation with another lady who had a similar experience. After it all was said and done, I hunted the attendant down and asked for the manager. She too was not pleasant to deal with. I felt as if she did not even care about what I was telling her. She made no attempt to rectify the issue or to make me feel like they valued my patronage. I would not recommened this spa to a dog even if he had a coupon. On the other hand, I had a great massage with excellent service at Qua Spa over in Ceasers Palace.
MommaBear, so sorry to hear that you had that experience. I had been planning on trying it out, as I, too, love to try different spas on each trip to LV. I had a similar experience at the Luxor and at the Golden Nugget. I will not return to either. But Qua will spoil you every time. It will spoil you as you will not want to go to any other spas at all. To me, that is the ultimate.
Golly Gal, I have tried The Palma spa, which, I had a very nice experience,.tTe Hilton, also a nice place but the Paris spa...not so great. On Monday will be visiting the Rio spa which looked really nice and the staff were all friendly. Thanks for the tips on Luxor and Golden nugget, I won't waist my time.
Red Rock also has a very nice spa. Like Gollygal said, Qua is the best.

Lisa, I really like Qua! They're also really nice in AC too! Have you been to any other spas in LV that you liked?
I've used the facilities at Bally's.

Instead of complaining here, why didn't you also contact the management of the spa? How about the hotel itself? How about a negative review on Yelp!

Complaining to us only, will not get much taken care of for future guests.
MommaBear, thanks for sharing your experience. Reading reviews helps me decide whether or not to try a new spa.

Calipso, how do you know she didn't contact the management of the spa/hotel or write a review somewhere else? I've been a member of this board for a handful of years and always felt casino peeps read our posts.
Calipso - I did not take mommabear's message as complaining - I am glad to know where there is bad service so I will not us them either. Thank you mommabear for the information. I also think she made it clear that she spoke to everyone there and got no satisfaction.
I wonder...

It sounds to me like they aren't getting enough traffic and they might close down so everyone is bored/complacent.
I mean how can they only have L slippers/flops?!?

I've only had top shelf service in Vegas-
and when I was wronged just a little I got 10 fold returned for tiny mistakes...
they know how to do the Spa experience... T.I. is going down fast

thanks for the heads up MommaBear
