O Spa at T.I.....OH SO BAD!

When Phil Ruffin bought TI, I said he was a bum and would run it into the ground. He's doing just that, as he did with the Frontier. He put his expensive wife in charge of the spa. Obviously another empty gesture. He destroyed the Frontier, never putting any money into even routine maintenance, and then sold it for BIG money. He'll do the same with TI.
Thanks ladies!!! I did actually did contact the management, I wrote a letter and sent a comment card in. Don't pay any mind to what Calipso said, I didn't. I knew that I did what need to be done and I was sharing an experience with other Spa-goers so they would not have to experience such treatment. Thank you to all who shared the spas they liked, I have been hitting them all. Tomorrow...the RIO! Looked nice and everyone was friendly when I made the appointment and took a tour. Let you all know how it goes!

Ruffin got lucky that he bought TI not too long after they did a renovation on the rooms. The sidewalks are jammed with people outside for the "show". Very few people actually ventured inside from what I saw across the street. TI has a nice poker room, but nothing else seems worth it. The reviews on many travel sites about the spa list bigger issues than just footwear.

I'm glad the OP paid no mind to me. I could honestly care less if she did. However, not voicing your opinion while there to those who can fix the issues (Spa management, casino hosts) does little.

With that being said, I'll just stick to Spa Mandalay, M Resort's Spa.
That's Spa Mio, at M resort, fyi.
