Offer not available?

Hi.

I am Diamond and every 3 months I get the fold-out mailing that lists all dates, most say FREE, and there is a strip of coupons on the right. I just tried to reserve 3 free nights in Sept, and the agent said the offer code is not available. Management has removed the offer code. Just for me? I did not ask that. Has anyone heard of something like this before? She did not say sold out. I first asked for Paris then when she said no, I asked for anything and she said the answer is still the same.
Sometimes offers are for a pre-determined number of rooms, when those are full, the offer won't work. I'd recommend you go to www.caesars.com, log in, go to reservations (link at the top of the page), then page down to the bottom of the reservations page and use the All Destinations calendar for Las Vegas. This will show you all LV hotels in a spreadsheet format and which ones are comped for a month at a time.

I get alot of comped rooms this way, many many more than I ever get with marketing offers.

Good luck!

Thanks. I tried that and some rooms show COMP but not the nights I need. I have other non-Harrahs options.
It really feels like it's getting harder and harder to get the nights at want at the Caesars properties. I don't think they are cutting back, rather, Las Vegas is really crowded these days. Granted, I think a lot of the visitors seem like clubbers and not gamblers. I was at Planet Hollywood over the weekend and it was tough just to get a video poker spot...granted most people at the bars went even playing, just drinking.

I called last Friday night and used a second offer to add another night--this Thursday, 9/15--to my three free nights at Caesars. Here are two ideas. First, make sure, since you are a Diamond, that you ask to speak to VIP for booking and let that person know you have free night offers at competitors' properties. Second, check again and again on-line. Three weeks ago I tried to use a Stations offer for Red Rock and it wasn't available, but when I went in last Friday to check, there were rooms. I don't know if these will help, but could be worth a try. BTW, I am a very low Diamond, but I did play quite a bit at Caesars on my last trip.
