Offers from non CET owned properties such as Rincon, Ak Chin etc

Do the other non CET owned properties wait as long as Rincon to mail their offers? Most of my Rincon offers come in a mailer that arrives just before the beginning of the next month. By then I've already made plans for LV or Reno/Tahoe as their offers are out a month or two in advance, plus they some up online.

The Rincon offers that show up online are only monthly free play, a dining or spa offer. I don't get promo offers online, only by snail mail.

All my Ak-Chin offers are also posted online and usually arrive 10 days to a week prior to the new month. I'm pretty sure they mail bulk mail, not first class, which can affect when the mail arrives. Sometimes I receive mailers before my mom and sometimes she receives them before me. Mom lives in Maricopa, 5 minutes from Ak-Chin. Another friend lives about 5 miles from me. Sometimes she received mailers before I receive them and sometimes afterwards.

Most of my Vegas offers are emailed to mel. Most of my Laughlin offers are mailed to me.
