Paris Burgundy Rooms

Is anyone familiar with new Paris Burgundy rooms? They popped up today when I was trying to book a trip online. The TR website states they are newly remodeled. I have comps for both the Burgundy rooms or the Red rooms. Which would be preferable?

Haven't seem them, but "newly remodeled" is usually a good thing. New carpet, furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc.

They look nice enough on the web site. I'd try it.

The new burgundy" rooms are decorated in a taupe-grey decor with pops of yellow. The carpeting features concentric circles on a gray rug. It also has some minor changes like the desk is in a different location. I think they are very nicely done.

My sis stayed in room 2024P burgundy edition this week and it was not as nice as our red P room. The tile work in the bathroom was shoddy and the furniture arrangement felt awkward. Maybe the other burgundy rooms are better, that's why I gave the room number.

They are very nice and the bed is very comfortable.
