Paris Room Upgrade

We are staying at Paris in October, arriving on a Saturday afternoon on our Anniversary...I am Platinum, what do you think my odds are in getting a Red Room?? I did call and request, but he said that he could not give me that, and it would cost 200.00 per night.. I always get an upgrade when staying at Caesars..

With that being said, if you book through a host (in house, or independent) they can put a 'hard request' in for an upgrade. Just a note on your record, for a web reservation means little to nothing (in my opinion). In any case, you can sometimes run into a nice check-in agent.

I won't stay at Paris unless I'm guaranteed a Red Room; with a 'hard request' for a suite. So far this year, both of my suite requests have been honored (I'm a Thursday to Monday guest, FWIW).

I 'think' I would try contacting a host, and explaining your situation....

Don't know if this helps, but when I put in my reservation, in the special requests box, I asked for a outer corner P room. A couple weeks before the trip, I got an email for an upgraded strip review room for $40/night. I declined. When we checked in, I in fact got a corner P room. It wasnt a Bellagio fountain room or a red room, but at least it felt like an upgraded room. And it really beat the regular room at Flamingo I had to deal with in July since they didn't have any GO rooms available the weekend we were there! Hope you can get what you want!
