Assuming STE stands for Suite and CELEB stands for Celebrity? They do not show that suite on the website, but maybe cause it is only issued via a host.
As to the picture X'd out... that might a function of your security settings not allowing pictures.
EDIT TO ADD: I just checked an upcoming stay at Paris myself. The picture does not show, but no X either in my case. And, room type is now blank. The host I use (and do not get much of anything else) says she upgraded me from a regular room to something nice. No idea what that is.
