Wrong. You have to spend $10K a year on the CET credit card to retain the platinum status.

Tier status any way you get it can change annual.
Both Caesars and MGM automatically promote veterans (and spouse) to the free parking tier. It's a permanent upgrade with a patriotic card style, even if you don't play. Thanks to my husband's service, we have never paid to park on the strip.

So all I have to do to get free parking at Caesars is join the army? I'm on it!
The 10x and 5x tier credit promos are probably the least expensive ways to attain the Platinum tier status at CET via gambling spend ( along with first-time signups for the CET credit card which simply involves one qualifying purchase of .01 during the first 90 days from signup; year two and beyond requires $5000 in spend to maintain Platinum status ). $2500 coin in on slots ( or $5000 on VP with horrible pay tables) during a 10X promo to earn 500 base TC's attains Platinum and the associated parking perks. Then one has to decide if they want to park / play / stay @ CET properties at all?

The opportunity to park and play at a CET property is like a coupon redeemable for a free shit sandwich.

I interpret your response to suggest that you wouldn't pee on a CET property if it was on fire or send your worst enemy there? It's almost as if you depise their existence?
