Heading to Vegas in October. I want to rent a car for this trip to visit places off the Strip. I thought I had read someplace that construction around Harrahs was so bad you could not get to the parking garage using Koval. Is that correct? Or was it Ceasar's Palace that has entrance issues?
The weather is nice in October. Park a couple blocks down the street at Tuscany or Ellis Island for free and take a nice walk.
Regardless of construction the mid-strip parking garages can be a mess...especially at night when the shows draw big crowds. I've spent 30 minutes trying to get out of the parking garage waiting behind show goers.
