Parking at Paris?

Is there a way to get in and out of the Paris, self or valet parking without using the strip?

Yes from the garage. The entrance and exit from the parking garage is on Paris Drive. Go left out of the garage onto Paris Dr. then right on Audrie to Harmon. I've done this many times but don't know about valet parking.

Yes, go behind the Hilton (formerly Westgate) on Harmon, make a left on to the street before the Paris parking garage, right into the garage. It you want valet, keep going past the garage you will end up in the same place (circle) as if you came in from the strip...

Actually, go behind Westgate (formally the Hilton) and follow the rest of vantzy's directions.

Also note that Paris and Bally's share a parking structure so you enter from Flamingo Blvd as well as Audrie St.
