Just a cautionary tale of not reading everything before you sign it.
Stayed at PH for 3 nights , all comped. Checked in and gave credit card for anything charged to room. I signed the check-in card (I always thought this was to allow them to charge your credit card if you charged anything to the room, etc). Anyway, I checked my balance before checking out and they charged me casino rate for one of the nights. I go to the lobby to check out and show them my confirmation email stating that the 3 nights were comped. The clerk sais he would show it to his manager. He was gone 15 minutes and came back with the card I had signed at check-in and the card (that I had stupidly signed without reading) stated 2 caomped nights and 67.20 charged for the 3rd night. The clerk sated that the email was a 'glitch' and I signed the card so I owed it.
So, this was my fault for not reading the card I signed at check-in. MY BAD!
At least, Sheldon lets you know a week in advance that he is gonna charge you.
Like I said, live and learn.
