PH Resort room vs Bally's Jubillee room

Need a recommendation.
Will be in LV late June to play poker tournaments at Planet Ho. and Venetian.
I have used up all my comps and travel awards.

My needs are simple. I am traveling alone, no car, and need a room that is

- QUIET ( I am a very light sleeper)
- Clean
-Safe
-has a comfortable bed.

PH is about $30 per night more expensive, but may be worth the convenience.
Walking around in late fun is not always that comfortable.

I have not stayed at Bally's but the reviews sound good.

Which do you suggest?

The rooms themselves are about the same.
PH is much more of a party casino, and as my wife says it is a "guys casino".
Bally's is a little more run down than PH.
Bally's Jubilee rooms are in much better shape than Planet Ho's. Jubilee rooms are renovated, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Bally's seems to attract an older crowd than Planet Ho. Those staying there skew older too. I have had three stays in a Jubilee room now. Each time has been quiet with little to no outside noise.

Are you staying weekdays or on/over a weekend? The only problem with the Jubilee tower is one side faces Chateau at Paris. The other side Drai's at Cromwell. Both clubs are only open on the weekends and there will be some noise in the evening. If you are there over a weekend ask for a high floor away from both clubs. That will minimize the noise level. If you are staying weekdays club noise will not be an issue.

Stayed at Bally's Jubilee twice.....rooms clean and nice but simple....coffee maker, refer and, a safe that you can't find until you open the bottom draw of the night stand. Had room next to elevator and facing Paris...Noise was not an issue....Note: stay was from Sunday to Friday.
Coffee shop now closed and will be replace by Buca Italian and the Tequila bar is being renovated.
