Hi, my son and daughter inlaw are headed out to Vegas in early October and are staying at PH for the first time (not their first time in Vegas; go 3x per year and never stayed at PH but enjoy casino).

Any tips or experiences as it relates to check-in (Diamond VIP), navigation of property, overall enjoyment, etc. that you can share would be greatly appreciated!

If they're driving in, one piece of advice is to use valet parking. The walk from the self parking area to the hotel/casino is just too far.

Concur with using valet and there is a Diamond lane.

I also agree with the above comments. The walk from the self parking garage is very long. (You walk thru the whole mall to get to the hotel part). At least use Valet for check in and check out if driving.

We stayed at PH once and really enjoyed it. We enjoy the casino a lot. We had a great time sitting at the center bar playing poker and relaxing.
