A friend of mine stayed there a few months ago -- she was generally unhappy with the experience. Upon check-in the lady was not very friendly, and assigned her to a terrible room. The room, while it was strip-facing, was very small.
The headboard of the bed shared a wall with an elevator shaft, so all night long all she could hear was the grinding of the elevator moving up and down. She went down the next morning to get a different room, and before she could explain the problem, the desk clerk said, "oh, the elevator noise?" It's obviously a known problem, and she shouldn't have been assigned to that room unless the place was booked solid (it wasn't).
The room she was moved to was a small upgrade from the first room, but then they tried to charge her an additional amount ($10/night, as I recall) for the room upgrade.
Self parking stinks, and their valet has a constant wait time of about 30 minutes to get your car back. My friend was less than impressed with the place, and so was I.
