Planet Hollywood Question

We are loyal CET patrons. We always stay at the Paris but we received an offer from PH 5 nights comped. Here is my question we are in our 60's and I am very leery of the younger crowd and noise level. We are used to a very quiet room and really enjoy the Paris atmosphere. Can anyone offer any insight ? Also is the pool a party zone ?
I'll bump this up for you since no one has responded.

I've not stayed at PH, and will never.
I never forgave them for rude treatment at the TR desk many years ago.
Perhaps not typical, but there are too many better options to risk it.

I SUGGEST: Call your Host at Paris, or request to speak with someone in Paris VIP.

"We received this offer [have the info/number at hand] for PH, but we are loyal Paris people and much prefer Paris. Can you match this offer for us to stay at Paris instead of PH?"
I bet they will. If not, say "no thanks" to the PH offer, unless you want to try it.

And think ahead...if they offer you 4 nights instead of 5, will that be OK?

You'll probably get an offer for Paris soon anyway since you are a regular.
Good luck.
We usually stay at the Rio, but once won 2 nights free from a contest to stay at PH. We enjoyed it while staying there. Our room overlooked the pool. It didn't look like a crazy pool party. The casino was nice but I don't think it was too loud. It was a bit louder near the table games where they have the dancers late in the evening. (We are in our late 40's and late 50's).

It sure wouldn't hurt to try to call Paris and ask like was mentioned above, what have you got to lose!
Have you gone into your TR calendar online; you may very well be comped 5 nights at Paris, too.
I RARELY book via an offer; often the calendar has better offers.
DM is 71 & she loves PH...and Paris! Rooms are fairly comparable, no huge difference

I stayed at PH with my sisters several years ago in one of the old Hollywood hip rooms. It was small and very dark. We spent time at the pool, only one was open and the water was freezing. Their pool has no "atmosphere", we didn't enjoy it at all.

Hubby and I normally stay at Paris but we had to cancel our February trip last year and change it to March, our host couldn't get us a room at Paris so she put us in a resort room. MUCH better than the other room, we really enjoyed it. I'm in my mid 50's and I don't think the casino is too loud and the younger crowd was not an issue.
I don't notice a difference in the crowd between any of the CET properties on the strip. I think you'll be perfectly happy at PH. The real partiers are going to be across the street at Cosmopolitan.
A little late to this thread but we are in our 70's and love Planet Hollywood. Had never stayed there until a couple of years ago and now it's our favorite. Don't find it any louder than any other casino and like their choice of music much better but maybe because we are old hippies. Yes, the rooms are dark but we don't spend much time there. Many of them are being refurbished.
Any specific room type to ask for at PH? We are staying there for the first time as well at the end of March. Thinking of trying the $20 Trick to see what we can get.....anyone have any luck with it at PH?
