Priority check in

I am staying at Ceasars 4/6 - 4/13 and just found out that TR using the "Customer First" formula that they are famous for have removed the priority check in for the lowlife platinum card holders such as myself.
Does anybody know if they have also removed this from the buffets at the other Caesars properties??
I know that you dont get much anymore for your gamblig dollar but the seperate line kind of made me feel just a little special. I have been resisting to change to MGM hoping that someone at Caesars would wake up (wishfull thinking)and start taking care of loyal card holders. I guess this may be my last Platinum yaer after maintainig this for the last six years.
I did notice on the TR website that the priority seating check mark for platinums was removed. That sealed the deal for me. I had a few over 5,000 tier last year. In my local casino, that got me nothing. At least in Vegas I could "cut the line." Might as well play on the hubs card so he can be diamond again.

Going to Pairs in April....Heard there was still the Platinum line, does anyone know any different.......
So if they're doing away with the line-cutting perk for platinum, what, exactly, are the reasons for being platinum? We've pretty well established that it doesn't help for room comps.

That's a bummer. I am Platinum also and last month checked in at Bally's, no wait for Platinum but a huge line for regular check in.
I'm also Plat, and starting to bum out about all these changes!

Does anybody think a "large" scale e-mail/snail mail campaign sent to CZR?HET would make ANY difference??

Or, do we just have to take this laying down??

Just wonderin'...

FWIW, the Flamingo had a priority check in line for gold card members in Feb..... I'd wait and see what's up in person vs. listed perks on the web.
I just got off the phone with Rio, Caesars, and Flamingo. Answers varied:

RIO - said yes, they still have seperate buffet line for buffet. While not the best buffet, I am pleased Rio still will give something for the Platinum card

CAESARS - Said no separate line for Platinum. Even worse, at first they said of course, but turned out they misheard me and thought I said 7 Stars. Person apologized and said, no, no Platinum line, anything else they can do? I said never mind.

FLAMINGO - Said, yes, VIP office, or line if VIP office not open, for Platinum, Diamond, or 7 Stars.

So, sounds like the "lower end" (as in places that send me offers) is recognizing Platinum - places that have been featured in a movie not so much.
Was in Vegas April 9-15...the following are the priority lines for platinum that I noticed:

Hotels:
Harrahs
Flamingo
Ballys
Paris
PH

Buffets:
Harrahs
Paris
PH

Casino Cages:
Flamingo
PH
Harrahs
Paris
IP

I did not look at IP for hotel/food or Caesars Palace for anything
