Quad Rooms

Any updates on whether the Quad rooms have been renovated? Although not my favorite place, this was my best deal by far for my March trip. Any suggestions regarding areas/room types in the hotel that may be better than others? Thanks!!
They are real bad,we stayed there early Jan. Really dirty,we wont' stay there again, maybe only after they renovate them
Rumor is they rented those rooms by the hour when it was Imperial Palace
Dumpy rooms. I would never stay there again. Dirty and old.

To be honest I don't think that renovating the rooms is in the future (at least 2014) for the Quad. I hope I'm wrong. We spent a lot of time there in October of 2013 and the kids actually had a room there (3 of them were 1st time visitors to Vegas and all were 20 something so they were ok with the accommodations). They really did a good job on fixing the casino!

Staying there for the first time for a couple nights next week. May regret it, but going w/very low expectations and looking forward to paying very little for the convenience of being on the Strip.

Worst case, I checked out a new place that I'll never return to again!

Best case . . . as I said, I have very low expectations.

You should be fine. The rooms that our children stayed in were normal rooms ( a little dark). One lamp had a dent in it! Nothing was stolen...the linen and towels were changed everyday and the "kids (ages 24-34) were happy. Clean and safe room is the main concern, and the toilet worked fine too!!
Thanks all! I too am not fussy and will not be in my room much. A free room center strip is OK with me.
