I just did a quick search of Total Rewards rooms thru their website (without putting in my card #) for November. During the week of Nov 23rd-27th the Quad rooms cost more than the Flamingo, Ballys, Rio and Harrahs. The week before they were the same as Planet Hollywood. Good things are coming the way of the Quad. And I agree, what they did with Oshea's and the Ling is remarkable!!
