Question about Beverage service at slots

You know how Harrahs AkChin has those doohickeys on the slot machines that let you order a drink electronically. When I place an order for Decaf does the service bar get frazzled knowing this will be delivered to a Diamond player?

Yes they do, but the people at Sanka are very happy.
