I have not been there in many years since it was Imperial Palace and I don't see it mentioned (unless I've missed something) on the Quad website, but is there any signage anywhere on the property or on the website about the flooding possibility in the parking lot due to it being part of the Flamingo Wash?
It would actually be the responsible thing for CET to do to give people Full Disclosure about this since this has been going on for many years (and besides my remembering seeing it on the news in Los Angeles, there also is video of it on Youtube if you go to "Imperial Palace Flooding").
