"Restrictions may apply ..." in "my offers" on web site?

Does anyone know what the "Restrictions may apply ..." offers listed in the "My Offers" section of the Total Rewards web site are? When you click on it, it says something about being booked under a specific offer codes to get food, shows, etc.

Anybody else have this? Anybody know what this is?

I read it to mean the offer is good certain dates at specific properties.

My offers that are similar to this usually offer 3 nights at the lower end properties and maybe 2 weekday nights at Caesar's or PH. As I understand it, the restrictions are the dates I can book the offer at the specific property.
