got the codes today for Home Depot, Macys, and Best Buy gift cards.
Went to Home Depot site from TR Marketplace(TRM), ordered a gift card mailed to my house, no problems.
Went to Macy's site from TRM, ordered a gift card, got an error notice due to site going on maintenance schedule-will have to go back later today and see if I can finish the order.
Went to BestBuy site from TRM, ordered a gift card, put in the code and the pin from the prize fulfilment group email and it shows a zero balance. Called BestBuy customer service and the recording said the card had already been used today. Spoke with a gift card service rep. who then added in someone who could trace the gift card use and they kept asking me if I had seen an order number on the screen. Told them I didn't get past the payment info screen when I noticed the gift card balance from the email said zero balance. The first rep spoke with the other and said why don't we just send her a gift card for the $20 and not make her have to go through the hassle of going back to Harrahs and the prize fulfilment group.
Now that's great customer service!
It will take about 2 weeks to get the card, but that's sure a lot less than dealing with that prize fulfillment group from past experience.
Do you think maybe someone else got the same code and pin I was sent?
