resort fees at Cosmo?

I checked on CheapoVegas for resort fees at the Cosmopolitan with no luck. Can anyone help me here? Thanks.

There was no resort fee when we stayed there in Feb. Internet was free too.

Same here, we stayed in April and no resort fee.

As I remember Cosmo opened with resort fees after seeing how people hated them they dropped them.
