Reward credit expiration

I just got my new offers in the mail and in the Membership Status Update it give my RC's and then says "to keep your balance active, earn at least one Reward Credit before December 31, 2012."

I looked at the web site and it still says 6 months . I wonder if this is another mistake on CET's part. Anyone else get the same thing?

Mine seems to be dated to expire 6 months after my last activity.
