Rincon offer is it a free buffet or $5 for my "free" buffet

In my son's CET website offers was this confusing offer.

"Harrah's Rincon-San Diego
Offer Code: 1DFLJ0910F03
Valid 03/10/2014 - 03/13/2014
$5 @ any FB ex Club Capp
Print your voucher at a Harrah's Rincon kiosk for 1 free buffet @ Harrah's Rincon. Valid Monday to Thursday only, 03/10-03/13/14."

We've had other offers for $15 dining credit or a free buffet, but this is worded differently than those offers.
Or does FB mean something other than Free Buffet?

It's a $5 food credit at any dining outlet except Club Cappucino (which isn't there anymore anyway, right?). FB stands for food & beverage.
Thnaks Mare,

We did consider that it was as you said a $5 food credit, but then it says to print voucher at a Harrah's Rincon kiosk for 1 free Buffet @ Harrahs,s Rincon.

And you are right Club Cap is no more. I'll have my son check to see if he can use it at Starbucks.

They won't let you use them at Starbucks, I asked last time I was there, although Eric's was for $30.
