RIO Samba Suite vs Bally Jubilee

I am comparing these alternatives and would like to hear opinions and recommendations.
I will be traveling alone, playing mid strip, no car, mid week, Jan or Feb.
Priorities:

-clean
-quiet
- comfortable bed.
Therenovated rooms in the Jubilee Tower are very nice. We had a king room. which left plenty of space for a sofa. Along one wall was a traditional closet, short dresss with a fridge, space for a 24^ suitcase, and a desk. The light fixture by the desk was very futuristic and the chair was bright red leather. The wall behind the comfy bed was done in red and gold.

The bath had a walk in shower (no tub). toilet, and laege vanity. The beth fixtures are sqaure, including the showerhead. The vanity has but one cubby, which i thpoght was wasteful.

There is a towel rack on the wall, so there are no towels in the vanity. The bathroo, door is heavily frosted glass, which looked good.

Can't help you on RIO since I never srayed there.
