We had our monthly MMA fights at the Palms Friday night 9/23. I wanted to arrive a day early to see a friend, so I booked a free night at Rio.
Checked in around 5pm. The line was fairly long (I am no longer Diamond at CET). When I get to the counter the young lady says, "We have your room all ready Mr. P." I proceed to the 20th floor of the Ipanema Tower. When I needed a key to access the 20th floor I supected good things.
It was showing it's age a bit but it was spotlessly clean and very big. Two story floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, (4) person jaquzzi tub in the master bath, full bar.
I walked into 2025 and this is what I see:
