Saving total rewards credits

I have a friend whose credits are going to expire on the 21st. Any way to save credits in two days? Obviously she does not have the credit card and cannot get to a harrahs

She should shop through total rewards marketplace. I know that's extended my credits, but I don't know if it effects them that quickly...
