Sterling Brunch buy out

I used to drink champagne frequently, but now it messes with my sinuses, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to imbibe or not. I'm also a very simple eater, so it will most likely be all about meats for me. That's why I would never pay for Sterling Brunch because I've never thought I could really get my money's worth.

Mare, I went a couple times before the remodel and since I'm not a caviar/seafood eater I felt a little cheated, but both times I'd used my $100 diamond dinner certificate so it was very reasonable. The meats were very good and the salad, fruits and berries were all top notch. Unless it's changed, the service is outstanding. I'd go again if my low level diamond still got me that dining certificate. You will enjoy.

Oh today's August 16th how did you like the Sterling Brunch.

We really enjoyed Sterling Brunch and thought it was well worth the price they charge. However, I doubt we'd actually pay since we really are trying to make food not so important.

There was nothing I put on my plate that I didn't like. The popovers hot from the oven they bring out were outstanding! I almost finished a whole one by myself. With a little cinnamon and sugar those things could be dessert!

I had a lobster tail, 2 king crab legs, 4 shrimp, a very small piece of filet mignon and prime rib. All of it was absolutely delicious.

I thought it was lacking in the dessert department -- just a small area with tiny portions, no pie or anything like that. I had a small lemon tart that was good, but not outstanding.

If you like champagne you can drink your money's worth since they serve Perrier Jouet! I had 3 not-quite-filled glasses and that was more than enough for me.

I'm 7 Stars through March 2017, so IF CET can afford to put on another 7 Stars Signature Event next year (maybe not with the bankruptcy!) I'll choose Sterling Brunch again.
