Suite or Regular Room Advi Sought

I will be traveling alone to Rincon and can reserve either a suite or a regular room based on the CET website. While I would mildly prefer a suite, I do not want to burn out my welcome by staying in a suite and not playing so much. I do not know how it works for CET but when I stayed at Peppermill in Reno I was explicitly told that my action had to support the room/suite before any meal comps were issued. Therefore if I wanted a suite a lot more action was expected. But I do not know if CET considers that at all. Does anyone know if reserving a suite as opposed to a standard tom will poison the well for future offers for CET?

Any advise would be appreciated.
The balcony suites at Harrahs Rincon ROCK! Play your usual amount and don't worry about it. The worst that will happen is you'll be offered a regular room on your next visit. Unless you're a really high roller, they'll expect you to use your points for meals, etc. CA law does not allow the comping of adult beverages. Also, there might be a few other things that you cannot use your reward credits for that you can in Nevada. Confirm at check in.
If you can not get a suite don't worry, the regular rooms are nice. Be sure to ask about any promotions going on. Lots of multiplier days and free buffets with your play.
