Super Bowl Party

We have been invited to a Vegas Super Bowl Party by our host, including a three night stay. We could stay at any property but were advised that a group from our host was staying at Paris. So we booked at Paris. Crazy as it may seem we forgot to ask which property the party was being held. So my question to you all, what should we expect? A ballroom filled with TVs? Basic buffet food and open bar? Anyone been to a Ceasars/HET sponsored party? I can't find much on the internet and haven't called the host back. Thanks in advance.
The party at Paris is in a huge ballroom. Round tables that can seat 8. The food was basic. Hot wings, brats, chips, nachos, etc. Plus assorted dessert items, cookies, cake. Huge screen tv's everywhere. Buckets of beer on the table. Had the same food at party at Harrah's but venue was small and cramped, put 6 chairs at table for 4. If your party is at Paris, go. It's loud and fun. The party at the Flamingo is also in a ballroom and I'm assuming the same food. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the info, we are looking forward to going. One last question, you mentioned beer on the tables but what about mixed drinks? are they available and are they included or is it a cash bar for the hard liquor?
They usually have waiter/waitresses dressed in Umpire outfits bringing beer & drinks.
Bars are usually set up around the room, so you can go get mixed if they don't bring to you.

I've found most hotels do similar set-ups, unless you get into the Upper-Uber tier party, which
they won't admit exsist unless you are invited. lol

Open bar and waitresses serving beer, wine, liquor. One year when walking into ball room there were 3 girls dressed in black/white striped shirts, short shorts, knee high high top sport shoes, posing for pictures. Couldn't understand the line till my husband said, "look again, their shirts are painted on". Hah!
