Tier credits

I was in Vegas from May 20-23 and earned 500 TC's Friday, 1000 both Saturday and Sunday. Normally around 3:00 the next day I get an email from total rewards letting me know I had earned the 125 or 1000 TC bump. I didn't get one email this trip but I did when I was there in April. I had my diamond statement from the end of April and I had a little over 20,000 TCs so after I returned home I checked my TR account and I noticed I was up over 25,000 so I know I got the bumps, I just thought it odd that I didn't get notification. I can't wait to see what I get when the post my additional TCs show up from bonus days.

I have that happen.

I was there in May and didn't get the emails either. I know I got the bumps from looking at my tier credit balance vs what I had earned

I just got back from Tunica and I got the emails on the 5,000 bumps each day.

We were in Vegas for a week beginning May 11. We got email notifications closer to 5 pm local times.

It must have been a glitch. I would have been worried it my tier score didn't reflect the bumps!

Yes it seems sometimes you get the email notification and sometimes not. It has even shown up three days later. I think it is a good idea to record your points daily so you can check on when tier credits from the hotel bill shows up because that can take up to ten days.
