I was able to confirm the info with a host last week-end at Paris and she said that the letters had already gone out. I have not received mine yet, but pretty sure it is happening at this point. Might call for a new strategy - or hobby!!
Yesterday at Harrahs Laughlin, lady at total rewards said letters are being sent advising of the new tier requirements. She confirmed it will be 15,000 points for diamond and there's some type of bonus incentive that will be explained in the letters. She also confirmed that one's tier score resets at zero on Jan. 1.

Ringing in the New Year with the kin folk in Laughlin was a hoot and a day trip to Vegas to have lunch with friends was da best. I'll try to write a trip report in the next couple days.
