Tier points and tables (data-point for AC play)

I have a few data-points for table play (September in Vegas); but my most recent accurate data :

Bally's Atlantic City, craps :

340 tier for what I 'thought' was around 40 minutes of dice action.

Actual : "You played 1hr 5min with a $220 ave/bet" -- so, I 'guess' an hour of $200 dice action is worth just north of 300 tier. So, I 'guess' the 4 hour of play model would yield you a clean 1200 tier (or so)

RCs yield was approximately 1,600 RCs.

In summary : 1 hour 5 minutes dice, $220 average bet = 340 tier points and 1,640 RCs

What do you estimate the house edge to be on this action?
What bets were you making to get to the $220 average?
