Total Rewards Credit Card upgrade

I just received my card and charged the 750 dollars worth of merchandise. I am wondering how long it will take to get the 10000 reward credits and how long does it take total rewards to uprgrade me to platinum. I am going to Vegas in the middle of June. Someone please let me know how long it took total rewards to upgrade you to platinum.

I think I read on the card offer that the upgrade tp platinum could take up to 30 days.

It took about two weeks for the upgrade and the 10,000 rc's to show up on the TR account. You should be good to go on your trip.

My upgrade appeared within a week at my online account. I visited Horseshoe Cincinnati last night and got my new card. My only problem is the fact that I applied for my card in May but the expiration on my card is 03/14. It appears to me that the one year platinum was supposed to start when the approval for the Visa card was granted not when the program was first introduced.

I don't know how long the Platinum will actually last but all cards issued this year have a 3/14 expiration date.

If they go longer a new card printed after 3/14 will have new expiration date.

In other words, if I earned Platinum this year and went to get a card it would have a 3/14 expiration date on it. However, by earning platinum this year that means it is good until 3/15. I would get a new card on 4/1/14 with the 3/15 expiration date on it.

I don't know if Caesar's will treat the Total Rewards Platinum benefit the same as if it was an earned Platinum.

Well my points on the credit card have been transferred to my total reward account. I am now just waiting for them to change my card level. I have over 11000 total reward points, but I am still a gold member. Hopefully it doesn't take long for them to change from gold to platinum.

They changed my level from gold to platinum after the first month. The total reward points were credited as soon as I earned them.

My level was changed within a week after my card was approved. I had yet to earn a point. bigman4u2nv you better give them a call because it sounds like you have had your card quite awhile so your status should have been upgraded long ago. I just found that at Horseshoe Cleveland valet parking is free for Platinum and above. We are going there in late July. Just another benefit of being Platinum for one year or at least until 03/14.
