Total Rewards Offers no mail piece

I have offers from various casinos in my online account. Many say to bring "mail piece" with to redeem. I do get things in the mail from Joliet, which is closest to home but the others Tunica, Southern Indiana...I never get anything in the mail, there are just offers for free play etc. in my online account.
Anyone have experience with these casinos, are the papers required? At Joliet you must bring it to redeem free play. It is weird that I have many of these in my account but have never received anything via snail mail.

I don't have an answer for you but the same thing happens to me. I even went in and reset my settings to say mail them and it hasn't changed.
Next time you go to a CET casino, go to Total Rewards desk and ask them to check your "profile" or "preferences" of how you want to receive offers. It can happen that a "no mail" or "no phone" box is checked (erroneously). Who knows why or how, but it prevents you getting things from marketing. Also, be sure they have your correct mailing address and your e-mail address.

To me, the web sites are pretty useless as far as having my offers listed (CET and MLife). I get CET and MLife offers daily via e-mail and snail mailbox, yet they almost never show on their web sites. I don't even look at the web sites for offers anymore, though they always seem to have my points updated immediately after a trip.

Good luck.
For Tunica you can get the food offers printed out when you get there. The free play offers show up on the machines. We also get monthly mailers which have additional coupons for food comps and usually one for travel reimbursement.

yes this happens a lot. it can vary even with casinos under the same company. for example, my local casino normally sends me a mailer with xx amount of freeplay per week, already loaded to my card and $5 or $10 free food. but if I don't have the mailer I can not get the food discount. even though they emailed me a "sneak peak" of my offers that showed the food discount. sometimes I don't get the mailer, post office fault I believe, but the casino wont stand good for it. the marketing depts. of these casino are notorious for doing stuff to frustrate players. and all the while begging the players to come and dump hundreds into their casinos. it has been this way for decades.
Have you tried taking a picture of the offer with your phone? Maybe that will work. Harrah's SoCal no longer sends mailing and I have never had a problem redeeming offers. Still getting lots of snail mail from from Ak-Chin which I rarely visit.
