Total Rewards Points

Please forgive me if this is a stupid question.

Can you use your Total Rewards points to purchase the All Stage Pass and the Buffet of Buffets at Caesars Properties? TYIA

To the best of my knowledge yes. They can be used to pay for rooms, food and at the CET stores so why not.

Yes you can. I did it in June at the buffet itself, no need to go to the Total Rewards counter. Make sure everyone has a T.R. card if buying more than one pass or they will get a wristband for the 24 hr period.

No such thing as a stupid question! I was planning to do just that and I assume I could save the taxes on the buffet and back stage passes too by using TR points (works that way for buffets).

Definitely not a stupid question. Here in Kansas City they are offering buffet specials that you can only get using cash or credit card. If you redeem points, you play regular price. They are hurting, I think.
