Did you look at the non-comp room night charges when you checked in or out? Did you check out in person and go over the bill? Despite the convenience of TV checkout, with CET I check out in person to get all that straight.
I suspect that restoration of deducted TR points, figuring which rates to charge your credit card for (all nights not being equal!), etc. may be a bigger hurdle for their system to handle, or bigger than they want to. I doubt it had anything to do with your play during the stay.
