Total Rewards Quest 2017

I hear you Kathy. If it is decent here in NW Indiana, then the weather on southern IN stinks--or vice cersa. Maybe next month will be better.

I just got back fro Las Vegas and made sure I hit all properties. I earned 2250 tier points.
We visited Harrah's Joliet (IL) on Friday, January 20. This was the first time we've been here in about four year. They did a nice remodel on the place, but the gaming floor is still small.

Anyway, as I was playing, a host came up to me (the first time EVER anywhere), thanked me for coming, gave me a $25 food credit, and her card if I needed anything. The purpose of the trip was to get a second badge in the Quest. I was very happy to get the badge along with a $20 profit.

As my husband put in his card to check to be sure he got his 25 tier credits, a different host greeted him and gave him a $25 dining certificate as well.

We visited the buffet and added on the rib eye steak ($7 upcharge) and enjoyed the complimentary meal. There was a nice selection of food that was actually hot and fresh.

We live in NW Indiana, about 13 miles from Hammond Horseshoe and 34 miles away from Joliet. It took us 35 minutes to get to Joliet vie 80/94 and 80. It takes us about the same time to get to the Horseshoe as there are no interstates nearby and we drive through several towns to get there. Horseshoe is very stingy with their comps to both of us. We may have to consider Joliet more often. We are both Diamond, by the way.

Who's gonna try for this???? From TR site "If you earn all 36 badges, you’ll receive the maximum rewards of a 13,500 Tier Credit Bonus and 54 entries in a drawing for over 60 great prizes, including a Tier Status upgrade to Seven Stars (our highest and most elite level) or up to 1 million Reward Credits"

We will have the two near us and we have a trip to Vegas planned for late Match. That will give us nine more.

If this promo would have been during the summer, we probably would have planned a road trip. No way would we ever get all of them, but it would have been fun to visit some other casinos we normally would not have gone to.

do you remember the name of the hosts that came up to you and your husband?
Vegas28, her name is Latasha Traylor and according to her card, she is a "VIP Hospitality Host."

She is so nice!!!!!! She was trying to help me with my issue with my host. I would have loved to have her as my host but she is not at that level.

Next time you have an offer, contact the nice one and ask her to book the offer for you. Don't mention the other Host and difficulties at all. Won't hurt to ask. Any level of those host/executive types can do those things if they want to. Good luck.
I did get my host changed and the new one seems very nice. She called, emailed me and also sent me a note.
