TR E-Statement etc

I was wondering when the TR e-statement was going to
come out for November. I emailed them and was told
it was always on the 7th of the following month.

Also asked that with all the changes going on
at Bills next year--would they finally bring them
into the TR system? They answered that they
had not heard anything to this nature.

And finally--after looking at the points credited
for the Great Race--it was kinda weird. For
both my hubby and I--they credited us too
many GR points and then showed a minus/-
to exactly make the amount we should have
been credited. For example: they credited me
76.088 and then "adjusted" 1,088 for exactly
75,000 (750.00) worth of points--which is
what I earned. Funny way to do it. . . . .

When I received my October statement in November, it had the wrong tier level and the points were way off. I received another email with the correction a few days later. Maybe they are having trouble correcting the glitch and that is why they are late sending out the statements for November.
