I received mine and have been receiving it for about 5 years. Had a coupon in the back that gets me $400.00 cash back when show up in vegas by 9/31/12. I booked my direct flight via Allegaint from Des Moines, IA and called my new assigned host whom is located at Planet Hollywood. They are getting rid of most hosts at my local casino in Council Bluffs, IA and setting yu up a new host. This makes no sense at all and I advised my new host I was not happy about it. I live in Ankeny, I told my new host if I am not treated right will not drive 2 hours to Council Bluffs but wll gamble more at the casino that is 15 minutes from my house. I get comps from them to. She tried to tell me that the $400.00 offer had been filled and she had received a memo advising as such, I advised I had not received the memo and still showing in my offers. I advised if did not get the money when I came I would play at MGM properties and take their comps. She said to give her a couple days and will try to see if an exception could be made. She contacted me back and said I was good to go. Should not have to fight for your comps. Received airfare for 2 from Des Moines round trip about $415.00 so free trip. I was a Diamond for about 5 years until last year when was 2000 points short. Received, Congratulations you made platinum. I did not fell very speacial I was demoted. I have only been to Council Bluffs only 3 days this year due to work but am halfway to Diamond again. Should get Diamond when in vegas for about 4 days. Will see as my comps have not really changed.
