TR visa platinum status

I got bumped back to Gold as well and had already gotten an email saying I would be Platinum for 2017 as well as getting the VIP access. I've sent them an email to find out what happened. Hopefully they'll get this straightened out soon.

I spent over $5000 and gambled my butt off in November at TR casinos in Vegas. I sent an email and said if I'm actually demoted to Gold I'll cancel my visa card ASAP.

I got an e mail today they goofed. I am back to Platinum and my badges were reduced to 1. I try not to stress right away with CET they mess up the web site often, it usually resolves itself in a few days.

I just got an email saying I'm now Platinum through January 31, 2018.

Mine's back to Platinum as well.

Today mine and my husband's both went back to Platinum! Thanks for all the feedback everyone! Glad it sounds like they are getting it fixed for everyone.

How did you join Founders Card for only $295, all I can find is $495. I would look at $295 to be well worth it, but $495 is pushing the worth. Any information and help about getting a FoundersCard would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
