Trop Resort Fee

I booked this property months ago after they taunted a Resort Fee which included the new Nikki Beach/ Club area as well as a pool area open year round..After checking in ,these things are now closed down and I couldnt access the water, this being said I was unhappy to pay this fee that they were so proud to offer, I'm going to ask for a refund, we will see!!

What do you mean? They taunted a resort fee?

They were heavily promoting that the Resort Fee would give you entrance to Club Nikki and Nikki Beach, as well as a pool area open year around. These Venues have been either closed or shuttered, pool is closed for the season, part of there RF includes free fax's, copies, phone calls etc. and free boarding passes, well the Business Center is open M-F 8-4 and how can you print off a boarding pass for a Sunday departure when they are closed,

Ah, okay, you mean Trop touted the resort fee.

I agree, an adjustment is warranted.

Today the Trop satisfied all my complaints, am very happy with there response !

I'm sure its just a matter of time til chilcoot corrects your spelling about......."their" response.
