I don't think so, but you could call and ask.
The first night charge is actually placed in a "hold" category until after you check out. So you don't really need to worry about that.
After you get back home, if you go online and look at your credit card account you will still see the charge ("on hold") for a day or two until your hotel bill/account is fully reconciled in the business office. Then it falls off and you don't actually incur the charge (unless you leave with some charges unpaid).
